Thanks for shopping at bump + beyond. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to provide either a return or exchange. Please return within 14 days of purchase. We will require the order number and that the merchandise is in its original condition and packaging, tags must be intact. Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (if applicable) - Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Canadian Domestic Orders: Whichever shipping speed you choose upon checkout via Canada Post.
International Orders: Whichever shipping speed you choose upon checkout via Canada Post. Local/international charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers expense. Please note bump + beyond is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. Orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. International orders do not include tracking.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
